A while ago, I made fun of the song, "Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer." The man behind that egregious song "Grandma" (sorry) is actually a bluegrass banjo player of no small note, and if you doubt it, his recording of "Greensleeves," on his "Dr. Elmo's Bluegrass Christmas" will convince you. Elmo Shropshire, I stand pretty much corrected. Your music is beautiful, and even though you had that one hit that drives me up a wall, well, all is forgiven.
